Wheelchair services carry out:

  • comprehensive repairs to NHS provided wheelchairs are carried out by Ross Care

  • Manual transit and self-propelling wheelchairs for children and adults

How to access the service

The first step to accessing wheelchair services usually comes through a referral from a health or social care professional.

Once this referral is made, your child/young person will be registered with wheelchair services. After that, if you or the young person needs to request more equipment or support in the future, you can contact the service directly.

Wheelchairs are assessed and provided by Wolverhampton Wheelchair Service.

Repairs to NHS provided wheelchairs are carried out by Ross Care.
